Shipping & Return PolicyFor reasons of hygiene we do not allow returns, although of course if something is received broken or shipped in error, it will be refunded or replaced. DAMAGED ITEMS: Inspect packages at the time of delivery. If you received damaged items, such as a broken bottle, please contact Velvet& Sweet Pea’s Purrfumery immediately. Please retain the damaged article and container (including packaging, wrapping and any other contents received) until we have resolved the claim fully with USPS. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 510.334.8824 prior to returning any items so that we can issue you a Return Authorization Number and discuss return shipping options. After return and verification of the damaged claim, a replacement item will be shipped. ITEMS SHIPPED IN ERROR: If you received the wrong items in your order, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 510.334.8824 prior to returning any items so that we can issue you a Return Authorization Number. Unopened and sealed items may be returned for exchange or credit up to 14 days after the shipping date. We will credit your account within 10 business days of receipt of returned items. Allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. Please contact us to discuss return shipping options. Returns will not be refunded without a Return Authorization Number issued from our office.
How do I pay for my order?We accept Visa and MasterCard. After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
When will my order be shipped?In most cases orders will processed and shipped within one week. Business days are Monday through Friday. Express orders take priority but we cannot guarantee same-day shipping. Please call 510.334.8824 or email firstname.lastname@example.org before 11:00 a.m. PST to inquire about same-day shipping so we can make your package a top priority. If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will hold your order until the items come in. If for any reason this takes more than one week, we will notify you by email. Allow extra processing and shipping time during holiday seasons.
How are most orders shipped?
Most of our orders are shipped via USPS, First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, Standard Post, or FedEx. Alcohol based perfumes must now be shipped Standard Post, which takes 2- 10 days, or FedEx. Most of our other products will be shipped USPS Priority Mail if the order does not include alcohol based liquid perfumes. Shipping costs are based upon the total price of the order: Shipping may be more expensive depending on the weight of the package and destination the package is shipped to.
